We are a small an all-volunteer community theatre in Northern California. We are renovating a building with larger seating capacity. We hope to hire a paid theatre manager when we open and are working on a job description currently. What we are struggling with is salary and hours which would most likely need to be part time to start. Does anyone have a paid theatre manager and could offer us advice on the hiring process, where to publicize and what sort of salary and benefits to offer? Thank you!
