If you answered 'Yes' to either question above, how is the information gathered in the discussion then used for future season or production selection?
It is mostly a review of what we did well and did not do well regarding the selection of the play, stagecraft, organization of time for rehearsals and director's organization of time and efforts. We also look at advertising and marketing beginning with the call for auditions. Why did we fill seats or did not fill seats? What is not evaluated formally is the director or actors. No personal criticisms and only constructive comments are allowed.
